Fresh off the release of his acclaimed comedy special “Words Have Consequences” on 800 Pound Gorilla Media, Chris Griffin is one of Canada’s most exciting stand-up comedians. A master storyteller with a seemingly endless collection of outrageous true-life adventures, Griffin has won the Vancouver Comedy Competition, been a finalist in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition, and has appeared at Just For Laughs Vancouver for ten consecutive years. He has shared the stage with comedy icons including Norm MacDonald, Doug Stanhope, Tom Papa, Bert Kreischer, Mark Normand, and many more. Most recently, he hosted for John Mulaney, Mike Birbiglia, Fred Armisen, and Nick Kroll at Vancouver’s Great Outdoor Comedy Festival.

Originally from New Zealand, Sophia Johnson is a comedian, actor, and writer whose sharp wit has earned her international recognition. She has appeared on Netflix’s Ash vs Evil Dead, Legends of Tomorrow, and Nancy Drew, and was a writer on New Zealand’s hit comedy show 7 Days. Fans can hear her on the Just For Laughs Originals album “Yee-Haw Hell Yeah” and watch her stand-up on CBC Gem’s New Wave of Stand Up. Her debut comedy special, “Sending Support,” arrives in 2026.
