Refund Policy: Tickets are not refundable. You may exchange your tickets for a future show of equal or lesser value only.

Merchandise: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Refunds will not be issued for orders with the wrong size. Please email to request a refund.
