About Tim Nutt
Tim Nutt tells jokes. Well, more like funny stories with jokes in them, and he’s been getting away with it for more than 30 years. Long-haired, bearded and a little rough around the edges, Tim surprises audiences with razor-sharp punchlines, bizarre concepts and twisted viewpoints, blending quick one-liners with crafty storytelling that finds the hilarity in everyday life.
His first appearance at Montreal’s Just For Laughs was so strong he was named one of the “Best of the Fest.” Since then he’s played comedy festivals around the world, including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Ireland’s Cat Laughs Festival in Kilkenny, Halifax’s HA! Comedy Festival and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. You may also have heard him on SiriusXM and CBC Radio’s The Debaters.
